According to the Cisco TAC Software Advisor tool, IOS 12.2(15)T5 does support IPv6. What leads you to believe that it does not? What specific boot image are you running? The latest IOS boot image with Enterprise feature set in your software train is:
rsp-jsv-mz.12.2-15.T11
For more information on this and other IOS releases you can login to the TAC website with your CCO account at:
http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/support/tac/tools.shtml
and select "Software Advisor."
Hope this helps,
Swack
