If ANI server shuts down the Campus manager still shows process runing. is there a way to trigger a notification or alarm or a way to kill teh ANI server process within Campus.

To Stop the ANI serve use the following path:
CW2000Server/Server Configuration-->Administration-->Process Management-->Stop Process.
