AS5300 Bad Modems Problem

I have problem with my AS5300 that its modem mark bad after some time, then when i restart the AS5300 then modems get okay.

i am using mica modem with 2.9.5.0

with IOS of 12.2(21a).

any idea who to get rid of this problem?

The document is good but it didnt help me a lot, as i put the modem recovery action to download its firmware daily but again i find bad modems. Any oher solution to this problem.
