Buffer Errors 7206VXR NPE300/256

Greetings,

We are taking errors on one of our fe's. We ran tech-support through and we seem to have a buffer problem:

ERROR: This router has dropped 2852 packet(s) (41.7142%) due to a shortage of

'Large buffers'.

These are our current settings:

Big buffers, 1536 bytes (total 50, permanent 50, peak 162 @ 4w4d):

50 in free list (5 min, 150 max allowed)

202323481 hits, 27116 misses, 5909 trims, 5909 created

20280 failures (0 no memory

Could someone suggest a new set of settings?

it's really depending of how much free memory you still have.

sh proc mem

free memory = ?

then, you can play with settings.
