Bus Error

I have a 3640 with ios version 12.3.7.T1

Ram is 128 mb and flash 32 mb

last night i received this message:

Queues messages:

*** System received a Bus Error exception ***

signal = 0xa, code= 0x1, context= 0x63f229f4

PC= 0x6048fed0, Cause=0x420, Status Reg= 0x34008002

After the system is go to reload

Why ?

Is this a ios software bug or no good hw ?

Hi,

Yes, this could be an IOS bug.If you have cco login log a case against this issue if you wanna understand the root cause.

In general, an IOS upgrade will do.
