I have read previous posts on here saying that this error normally indicates a loop, however, I don't think this is the problem. Does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks.

Many hosts are flapping between two ports. Are these ports (reported in the error logs) trunk or access ports? And what is the connection type this switch and the other layer-2 devices? Problem seems about one VLAN , do you have a hub connected somewhere in your switch network with two cables?
Regards.
