Glad it as usefull, if your problem resolved, marks as resolved,

yes you can use, the document never mentioned any kind of media for Dual Active Detection. as long as they are reachable should be good and directly connected.

HI balaji.bandi,
Thanks reply.
I find some info in "High Availability Configuration Guide"
In the chapter Configuring StackWise Virtual Fast Hello Dual-Active-Detection Link, step3 it says:
Configuring StackWise Virtual Fast Hello Dual-Active-Detection Link
Perform one the of the following depending on the switch that you are configuring.
If you are configuring a Cisco Catalyst 9500 Series Switch, use interface { TenGigabitEthernet | FortyGigabitEthernet } <interface>
If you are configuring a Cisco Catalyst 9500 Series High Performance Switch, use interface { HundredGigE | FortyGigabitEthernet | TwentyFiveGigE } <interface>
Example:
Device(config)#interface TenGigabitEthernet1/0/40
So, there is a possible not support GLC-TE ?

Agreed yor point, But if you have mGIG ports you can use GLC-T for 1 Gig, the port you have mentioned can not go less than 10Gig, (i have not seen eithernet GLC-T for 10G , there may be available in the market, not tested myself)
I will test DAD with 1GIG GLC-T with mGIG port on later week and post the results.

Thank you for your support, hopefully get your good news soon!
