Hi Support

I installed the patch for Cisoview to support Cat 2950 (Cat2950.cv50.v3-0), I can see graphical view of this switch in CiscoView.

When I go to Topolgy View, it still doesn't recognise it is a Cat 2950 (It shows a rectangle with a question mark). In the topology view, I click on Cat 2950 and choose PORT ATTRIBUTE, it doesn't show any of the ports at all. How I can troubleshoot this problem? Do I need to install nmidb.1.0.066.zip ? Pls help, thanks.

- Cisco View and Campus Manager are two separate applications. Installing Cisco View device package does not affect/add functionality of Campus Manager at all. In yor case the CV device package will not affect Campus Manager.

What is the version of Campus Manager that you're using?. Since only Campus Manager 3.2 supports 2950 switches per:
