Hi, I have tried twice to order mounting kits for several of these switches that I have. Both times, the seller claimed my model would fit these kits. Both times, the mount was too short to fit both "prongs" into the indents of the switch.
Every online search I do finds me the same kits that say they are compatible. When I compare the pictures to the kits I have, they are exactly the same and won't fit what I'm looking for.
Please help direct me to mounting kits that are actually compatible with a Catalyst 2960 WS-C2960X-24PD-L switch.
I have included a picture of what I have. It is about 3,1/4" long. I need one probably 4" long.
