The public data sheets dont provide that information in catalyst , you may have to reach out to your account manager to get that information
here is a 9300 DS , it has environmental specs but not for flame retardant parts
If you check the IE data sheets it tells you to put the switch in a flame retardant cabinet but it does not state if the switch is for 4k series
The likes of stacking cables etc are definitely not flame retardant that may be connected to the switches
