"Cant't find applicable device package" error when a 2621XM (C2621XM-2FE/VPN/K9) is selected in CiscoView 5.4. The latest package Rtr2600.cv50.v21-0 is already installed. What is causing this error?

Try removing the package and then re-install it again to see if that helps.
