CiscoView 5.5 problem

Hi, I used CiscoView 5.5 to connect to a Cisco device with a correct snmp community, and then tried to connect to other Cisco device without snmp community and a window with the error timeout appears me (I know that's ok). When I configured the snmp community and tried to connect with CiscoView, the window with the same error still appears me, and then I has to reboot my windows 2000 server to make the CiscoView works fine.

I tried looking for a bug that could explain the behaviour you are seeing but was unable to find any. I guess it would be a good idea to revisit the basics and see if all the configurations are in order and that the system requirements are met.
