CiscoView Error Message: Please grant permission to launch CiscoView

When I access CiscoView from Device Manger of CW2K, I got the following error message:

"Please grant permission to launch CiscoView. Quit the browser and try again."

Anything I am missing?

Normally, at first start of CiscoView a window should popup wich asks to grant permission to launch ciscoView. With Java version 1.3.1 I had the same problem: This Window" didn't appear, so I wasn't able to grant the permission to launch CV ....

Updating the Java-Version to 1.4.1 fixed the problem.

You may be affected by a bug. We had this issue as well. I did not write down the bug description but I recognize your issue from the description.

Are you running CD-One, ed4 for NT?

Then apply the following patch: cw-cd-one-ed4-p1-nt.exe

This solved the issue for us.
