CiscoWorks 2000 IOS updates

I keep getting errors when I try to update certin 6509 devices on my network.

Following is the error from the distribute Images

command.

Critical Error

Internal Error: Image family type not

defined for given device information.

Probable Cause: The chassis type and card

information are not correct.

Internal error in the system.

Recommended Action: Contact your technical

support representative for assistance.

This is a known issue in RME 3.3 (CSCdu64853), fixed in the latest IDU for RME 3.3 which you can get from: http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-rme
