Ciscoworks 2K IP Address/DNS change

If I change the IP Address and/or DNS name of my Ciscoworks 2000 server, do I have to re-install the applications? If this is not necessary, is there a procedure to follow to do this without breaking the apps?

Do this would take care of Real Time Monitor as well, or there are separate procedures for this application?
