combination of two WAN link for bandwith aggrigation

Dear All

I have cisco 1721 router with one WIC-2T card.The two wan link each of 2 Mbps of my router is going to terminatr on the same PE router. Is any cofiguration in my router is possible so that I can utilize the these two 2Mbps link as 4 Mbps link.

If it is possible pls send the configuration details.

These two link are to internet or these two link are connected with differents or same router on the other side ?
