Hi,

Short question. Configuring a mac-address on a Eth interface. Should the 'VendorCode' of the new mac-address be 'cisco' or can I define a mac-address without any qualification?

Thanks in advance

Ruedi

There is no requirements other than it should be unique on the specific subnet it is connected to.
