Configuring the pix

Has anyone configured a pix to be seen by RME. if so could you please point me in the direction of documention examples on how to do this. I can ping the pix 515 from the server dos prompt but CW2000 R5 will not add it to the inventory.

I need the pix commands

PIX requires 6.1(1) min for RME 3.4 support. Make sure that you're adding the PIX with correct device credentials for RME to add it in the inventory, including SNMP credentials.

I know that, I need to know if the pix requires any special config to permit managment

No. As long at the RME supports the device and the credentials are correct, it should work.
