I need some help finding documentation of (ideally) on the differences between the CSS (arrowpoint) and local director.
Cheers

The LD and CSS are both products that are used for Content Switching.
The LD intelligently load balances TCP/IP traffic across multiple servers and is equipped with a hot standby failover mechanism eliminating all points of failure for the server farm. LocalDirector is a high performance Internet appliance with proven performance in the highest traffic Internet sites.
The Cisco CSS 11000 series content services switches are Layer 5/7 aware and provide a robust front-end for Web server farms and cache clusters with unique features for e-commerce, Web hosting, and content delivery.
Cisco's CSS 11000 series switches, powered by Cisco Web Network Services (Web NS) software, offer unique services such as:
Directing Web traffic based on full visibility of URLs, host tags, and cookies
Enabling premium services for e-commerce and Web hosting providers
Strengthening DoS protection, cache/firewall load-balancing, and 'flash-crowd' management
The product documentation is available at:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/webscale/css/index.htm
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/iaabu/localdir/
Refer to it for details.

Might want to mention that the CSS is new and should be around for a while. The LD is old and will be EOL'd if it hasn't already. Probably something to consider....
