Custom Services not working on Ciscoworks

Hello all,

I added custom services like Exchange,Samba, with ports 135,137, and when i tried to poll with this new services, the icon goes pink with a message "Exchange Services,Samba Down".

Please let me know what am i doin wrong.

Don't install any other 3rd party apps on the same server with CS2.2. Keep it separate
