deactivate "Erase flash:"request (copy tftp: flash:)

is it possible to deactivate "Erase flash: before copying?" request (command: copy tftp: flash:)

example:

router#

copy tftp:rt01-confg flash:rt01-confg

Address or name of remote host []? tftp

Source filename [rt01-confg]?

I don't know, but why are you copying a config to flash? Flash usually holds a copy of the IOS which is loded into main memory when the router boots.

this Router is (only) a Terminal-Server !

for administrtive access to a Customer LAN

This is the only remote device that has a connection to the TFTP-Server in the Customer LAN.

So, to get the Configs (in the customer LAN) we need this way to the TFTP-Server
