Device Fault Manager Error (Patch IDU 1.2.5)

I received the following Error when install the IDU 1.2.5 DFM Patch on a installation of CiscoWorks:

7. Severe: C:\DOCUME~1\ADMIN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\_ISTMP3.DIR_ISTMP0.DIR\Access is denied.

Help.

DFM 1.2.5 is not on CCO anymore. Where did you get this from?. Try installing 1.2.9 from CCO instead.
