EIGRP Load Balancing

Hi, I´ve configured EIGRP all WAN, we have some link with a backup, for example:

A --Main, 2048Kb-- B

A --Backup, 1024-- B

But we want to do Load Balancing, but when we type bandwidth 2048 and 1024 over each link, it(LB) only work over 2048, but when we type bandwidth 1024 in both, it works.

Is it correct ? how can i correct it ?
