Hello,

in ROMMON mode, you have to use either TFTP or XMODEM to download a new image to flash.

Check this document and scroll down to the section 'Downlaod Using TFTP from ROMMON':

Try the following link for tftp dnld or use xmodem but make sure to increase the console speed if using xmodem protocol
