I got this message from our Cisco works DFM..

InCharge Domain : DFM Active: Switch TRUE 10.51.81.250 ErrorException - System is experiencing Port or Interface errors.

Is there any way to find what specific problem i am facing.

Make sure the latest IDU is installed for DFM. Then on the device itself, check to see if it shows anything out of the ordinary using show command for the above error. You may have set the threshold in DFM low for this, check that as well.
