Flash Card

I have a 3620 and I installed a new PCMCIA flashcard (SanDisk-Flashdisk 32MB) into slot1. But the route is not recognizing the new flash card. Do I need to format this card in anyway??

When I tried to copy the image file from slot0: , I am getting a message saying

"%Destination file system is read only".....

You should probably format the new flash card. In addition, IOS refers to flash cards larger than 20 MB as disks (ie - slot0: would be disk0:).
