Vlan5 - Group 5

State is Listen

Virtual IP address is 10.2.9.252

Active virtual MAC address is 0000.0c07.ac05

Local virtual MAC address is 0000.0c07.ac05 (v1 default)

Hello time 5 sec, hold time 15 sec

Preemption enabled

Active router is 10.2.9.254, priority 110 (expires in 12.492 sec)

Standby router is 10.2.9.253, priority 109 (expires in 10.822 sec)

Priority 108 (configured 108)

IP redundancy name is "hsrp-Vl5-5" (default)

above are the configuration of cisco 3750, whic h is running hsrp. i mean our main switch is 6509 with 2 Nos. of Sup2 with l3 2 Nos. 1st l3 has 10.2.9.254 & 2nd 10.2.9.253 & 3rd is the 3750 10.2.9.251, but if i see the above config., it doesn't show me 10.2.9.251 IP, is that behaviour is normal. i was understood that only if 10.2.9.254 goes down, my standby router will be 10.2.9.251 will get displayed, am i right in what i was understood? because i could able to see the priority 108 which is set for 10.2.9.251.
