I am trying to copy archive configurations using http to an IIS server. Every time that I try the attempt I get a return from the server http/1.1 501 Not implemented. I have no idea if it is a server problem or an switch problem. From the device I am testing on I can copy archives using ftp and tftp to the same server so the devices are communicating.

Can provide more configuration detail.

Is this an IOS router?  If so, can you post a show version?  Did you try running some http debugs (maybe "debug ip http all") to see if it yields any more clues?  It would be helpful to see the logs that reported the 501 error.
