How do I set time and time zone on catalyst Switches

Can someone help me please, I have two C3550 and two C2950 switches. whenever they are rebooted they loose date and time. I do not have NTP clock on my network. Is there any way I can permanently configure date and time on these switches.

If not then is it possible to configure one of the switch to be NTP server. Please reply with full command format as I am a learner and do not have much experience yet. If this is not possible then is there a utility as NTP service which can run on windows platform.

Your help will be much appriciated

The 3550 doesnt have a hardware clock (that survives a reboot) for some strange reason. So NTP is your only option. It can be solved in many different ways, and Im sure someone can recommend software for that. We use NTP's on the linux platform.
