my company has a private routable address and a none routable address that we need to connect to the internet
ATM 3/0 204.60.0.0/30
eth 1/0 172.0.0.0/28
eth 2/0 192.168.1.0/24
how do i set nat to work for the 192 address and not the 172?

make eth2/0 your inside interface. and your atm 3/0 your outside...
