How to apply QoS during certian time of the day ?

I would like to deny certain type of traffic during certain time of the day. How can I do that. For example I would like to assign low bandwidth for HTTP traffic between 9 AM to 11 AM and allocate high bandwidth for ERP traffic. All other traffic I want a best effort delivery.

Any configs/ideas apreciated.
