How to check the default vlan tag on Foundry FastIron Backbone ?

I have foundry fastiron backbone with 16 100 FX ports

How do I set 802.1Q taging to connect Cisco 2900XL swithes

to support multiple vlans ?

The Foundry FastIron Backbone(16 100FX) is quite old and has the resent code in it(7.1), but the documentaion on Foundry's web site is inadequate.

Also, please send me syntax to check the default tag ( dot1q / isl)

I think you should ebay that thing now and get a 3524 or 3550 from Cisco !

Its no wonder foundry is nearly out of business !
