How to export list of alarms in Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.2?

Hi all,

I'm having problem in exporting list of alarms into a CSV file in Cisco Prime Infrastructure 1.2. When I'm following the guilde in Help as below:

To export the list of alarms, follow these steps:

1. Choose Monitor > Alarms.
   
2. Click the icon on the toolbar. A pop-up window appears.
   
3. In the File Download window, click Save to save the file.
   

However, I couldn't finn the icon on the toolbar. Please advise if you have way to solve it.

Also, is it possible to schedule the date for exporting the alarms? E.g Daily? Weekly?
