How to make BGP work with ISDN floating static route backup?

I heard that when the primary line is restored, since the static route is still inside the routing table, BGP route won't move from BGP table to routing table thus ISDN won't disconnect.

Any suggestions to resolve this problem?

I need to know this urgently because the connectivity between my HQ and branches will be changed from leased line to MPLS VPN. All the sites link to MPLS VPN via BGP and ISDN will be chosen as backup.

There is no reason for the BGP route not to be re-installed in the routing table if its AD is lower than the one assigned to the floating static.
