how to remove flash partition

I have 2611 unit with 2 flash partition

I would like to remove these partitions and make one complete partition of 16MB

Have try to erase flash:1 and 2

rommon tftpdnld but now it goes to only one partion with 8MB!

Pls provide help.Appreciated!!

1)8192K bytes of processor board System flash partition 1 (Read ONLY)

2)8192K bytes of processor board System flash partition 2 (Read/Write)

First step:

erase flash

Then:

(config-t)no partition flash
