How to setup mulitple vlan access port on catalyst 4006 Sup 3

The Document indicate that the ios version 12.11b.ew1 can support mutiple vlan access port on 4006,but we can not config in fastethernet interface,anyone konw about it?

Sup3 does not support multi-vlan ports. Can you point us to the documentation. However you can configure a port to be a trunk. Trunks carry the traffic of multiple VLANs over a single link and allow you to extend VLANs

across an entire network.

pls see the new software feature item for 12.1(11b)ew.The config of trunking in server must be confirm first that the server support it. BTW,if we use inter-vlan routing,how do we filter so unwanted router?

I believe that this the multi-VLAN concept is for voice VLANs only

If your server NIC is capable of trunking, you can configure the switchport to trunk
