Hello Bill,

Have you checked the error stats for this trunk? Dsptrkerrs 4.1 and dspphyslnerrs 4.1. Have you checked with your carrier as well? The out of frame messages, etc indicate a circuit problem. That would be the first thing to check and eliminate as a problem. I take it IGX02 is single ended from IGX01?

Hi Bill,

I think you have to open a TAC case for this to have the back card RMA's. If my suspition is correct, you have an OC-3 back card. Some of them have shown problems with the optical components on port 1.
