inhibit second ISDN channel

I am testing 2 C803 ISDN routers connected to a NT1, each with a different phone number.

I want to use a D channel for calling and the other for receiving the call, but the same router that calls answers.

How can I inhibit a BRI channel?

If I understand it correctly, you have 2 803 routers co-located, connected to the same NT1. You want one to dialout, the other to receive calls. For the dialout router, you can try configuring and specify a bogus number; this should prevent that 800 from answering any calls. But there still may be issues with sharing the bus on the NT1.
