wrong Mask of /16 -255.255.0.0, aka class B
if use /24 which is 255.255.255.0 -class C, the problem will go away
Overlap happens due to /16 means network id uses octets 1 and 2; and hosts are in 3, 4.
Use 192.168.10.x /24 on fa0/0 and 192.168.20.x /24 on fa0/1
