We have two 1750 router connecting two LANs over a radio link

We run windows 2000 server, Novell 4.11 Server and windows 2000 pro. clients, we are able to see the Windows 2000 server across the link but not the Novell server, what could be wrong? and what is the solution.

I am new to Cisco router, how do I get proper training and certification?

on the cisco home page is tons of stuff on training.

also do a show version command. you may need a different ios do route ipx

Make sure you have IPX configured on all interfaces.

There are a lot of issues when running IPX that you need to be aware of, which would take many e-mails to explain.
