Hi,

Could you please advice me , which programs useful for show netwok latency?

Now ,i using smokeping but i want use another program for explain network latency graph.

I would be grateful if you advice me.

You can look at IPM (Internetwork Performance Monitor):

They have a nice package that produces graphical views.
