Logging history is only for the logging history table, and is only significant for enabling syslog trap. I did not see the logging level for server, or console. How doese "show logg" look like?

The sh Log is not showing any login info. I'm not even sure if the log will capture logins without a debug command running?

Syslog logging: enabled (0 messages dropped, 4 messages rate-limited, 0 flushes, 0 overruns)

Console logging: level debugging, 761 messages logged

Buffer logging: level debugging, 765 messages logged

Logging Exception size (8192 bytes)

Trap logging: level informational, 261 message lines logged

You logging level is already debugging for console and buffer, the maximum info you can have. I don't think there's any syslog for console login. There's trap for telnet session though when you enable this.
