Management IP not responding 1000v series switch

Hi All

One of VM switch’s management IP address is not responding and not able to do SSH  But switch is up and running

Checked management Interface 0 also up,

can you please suggest 

Switch model 1000v

using esxi vcenter console, login to N1000v and see the route and able to ping outside using managment interface.

here is some deploy guides - another side question, is there any upgrades recently ?
