module ´hang´ on catalyst 6500

i do have this module ws-x6348, CATos 7.2(2). This module do hang without any reason, LED in green color. Need to do hard reset before it work again. logging buffer show nothing weird..did some one experiend this..any reason with this problem.

Also, you might want to consider upgrading CAT OS to 7.6(5) which has lot of bug fixes relating to 6348 issues

has follow already. Does not has any alarm as mention in the doc, is that mean this problem do related to the bug
