Multicast destination NAT/PAT

Is it possible to perform Multicast NAT and PAT for multicast destination address and port?

I have a need to translate multicast destination address and port to a specific address and port. I am able to translate the multicast IP address but I am not sure if I can change the destination port for multicast address. Is it possible?
