I have C3550-12G switches in my network,
and below is the "show log" message.
.....
Aug 14 12:50:14: %STANDBY-3-DUPADDR: Duplicate address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx on Vlan1, sourced by 0000.0c07.ac01
.....
(This message appears very often.)
And, "show standby" command shows me
....
Vlan1 - Group 1
Virtual IP address is 130.100.10.5 configured
Active router is local
Standby router is xxx.xxx.xxx.yyy expires in 3.676
Virtual mac address is 0000.0c07.ac01
....
But, when I check the mac address table,
Vlan Mac Address Type Ports
---- ----------- -------- -----
.....
1 0000.0c07.ac01 STATIC CPU
.....
Port CPU? What does that mean port CPU??
And, what shall I do to solve this problem..?

Hi!
The IP address in an HSRP message received on the interface is the same as the router's own IP address. This condition may be caused by a network loop, a misconfiguration, or a malfunctioning switch.
Ensure that there are no network loops, check the configuration on all the HSRP routers, and make sure that all switches are correctly configured and functioning properly.
The below mentioned document will give a clear idea.

Port=CPU means that the MAC address was not seen on a port, but is an internal port of the router.
Have you tried "show standby" on the other router? I wonder if they cannot see each other properly, and both think they are the HSRP active router. Or maybe the real address of one of the routers is the same as the virtual address configured on the other.

Also if you have one of your links that is running dirty or flapping you will see these dup. address messages also .
