I'm trying to develop an understanding of MPLS-VPNs. I'm currently interested in NAT at the CE router. Most configuration guides I see reference NAT at the PE:

What is the best practice for NAT in MPLS-VPNs? Wouldn't an enterprise be motivated to keep their private IP space private, configuring NAT on the CE? Is NAT on a PE part of a peering agreement with an SP?
