As a precursor to an enterprise QoS Deployment (1721s at the remote sites/12.3.6), we are using, and graphing NBAR stats.
The problem was first noted in that the graphs showed zero output traffic.
When I looked at the NBAR stats, I saw that all output stats from: "show ip nbar protocol-discovery" were zero.
I even loaded a Citrix-ICA PDLM, but to no avail. This happents at all branches.
Is there any help?
Thanks!

You have to enable CEF before enabling NBAR.
In a 1721 you can use SDM for find NBAR stats.
Network-based application recognition (NBAR)-based monitoring in the Cisco SDM allows users to visually inspect the application layer traffic in real time and confirms the impact of QoS policies on different classes of application traffic.

I do have cef enabled in the config just as ip cef
DO I need to enable anything further, such as accounting?
