net flow and mrtg statistics comparison.

Hi , i have netflow aggregation on my routers as well as netflow collector and netflow analyzer.I also have mrtg.Does the speed in mrtg of the traffic onm an interface can be compared with the traffic rate shown in NEtwork data analyzer graph.
