Netscape and CW2K

Hello,

I recently installed SP2 on my XP PC. Consequently, I can no longer access my CW2K server. Yes, the firewall is completely disabled. Everytime I try to hit the URL in IE, I get a JVM.DLL error and IE crashes. I've done just about everything I can to get IE to work (i.e. uninstalled JRE/JVM, etc.). No dice. It's always the same. I don't really want to reinstall my entire OS, so I'm moving on to other browsers (thanks Microsoft).

Anyway, so I have the bright idea to run NetScape to hit my CW2K box. It installs and does load the login GUI, but I can't see any of the sub menu options of each file drawer (or tab). Same thing if I try to use FireFox.

Does anyone know if there's a way to get this to work with NetScape 7.2? Or, alternatively, does anyone know a way around that stupid JVM.DLL error.

Thanks,

Dave

P.S. When will Cisco stop with the Java crap? It's absolutely horrid.

With the LMS2.2 Update Netscape 7.1 is supported on Windows, although I'm not sure if this applies also to XP SP2.
